How do I report a bug?

Email [email protected] with:

  • A short description of what happened
  • Your device model (e.g. iPhone 15, Pixel 8)
  • Your OS version
  • A screenshot or short video, if you can

The more detail you share, the faster we can fix it. Critical bugs go straight to the top of our list.

My progress or leaderboard score disappeared. Can you help?

Yes. Email us your nickname, the game mode (Timed, Infinite, or Hardcore), and roughly when you last played. We'll check our leaderboards and do everything we can to recover it.

How do I restore purchases on a new device?

Open the game, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used originally. Anything you bought (Remove Ads, in-game items) will come back automatically.

How do I remove ads?

Open the in-game store and choose Remove Ads. It's a one-time purchase tied to your store account, so it follows you to any device you sign into.

I want to report an offensive nickname on the leaderboard.

Thanks for looking out for the community. Please email us the exact nickname and the game mode where you saw it. We filter inappropriate names automatically, but if anything slips through, we'll remove it as soon as we see your message.

How do I delete my data?

Email [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and your nickname. We'll confirm and remove your data from our servers within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

The game keeps crashing. What should I do?

Try this first:

  1. Fully close the app (swipe it away from your recents) and reopen it.
  2. Restart your device.
  3. Make sure you're on the latest version of the game.

If it still crashes, email us your device model, OS version, and what you were doing when it happened — we'll dig in immediately.

Are your games safe for kids?

Our games are not designed for children under 13. They contain advertising and optional in-app purchases. If you're a parent and you have a question or concern, please email us — we'll help however we can. You can also read about our approach in our Privacy Policy.

Can I suggest a new feature or a new game?
