This privacy policy applies to all applications and games developed and published by Endlix Studio (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as Ad Supported services.

Information Collection and Use

The Service Provider collects information when you download and use our applications. This information may include:

  • Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
  • The pages and features of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
  • The operating system you use on your mobile device
  • Your approximate country, inferred from your IP address, for display on public leaderboards

User-Provided Information

When using our applications, you may be asked to provide a nickname. This nickname, along with your in-game scores and your approximate country, will be stored on our servers and displayed publicly on global leaderboards. Please do not use your real name or any personally identifiable information as your nickname.

Third Party Access

The Service Provider may share your information with third parties as described in this privacy statement. Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

  • as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
  • when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
  • with their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

In-App Purchases

Our applications may offer in-app purchases, including virtual currency and options to disable advertisements. All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. The Service Provider does not collect or store any payment or financial information.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data (including nickname, scores, and country) for as long as your data remains on the leaderboard or as long as you use the Application, and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like your data to be deleted, please contact us at [email protected] and we will respond in a reasonable time.

Children

Our applications are not directed to children under 13 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. While the applications may be used by a general audience, they are not designed for or marketed to children.

User-submitted nicknames displayed on public leaderboards are filtered for offensive or inappropriate content; however, the Service Provider cannot guarantee that all such content will be blocked.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at [email protected] and we will take appropriate steps to delete the information.

Advertising and Tracking

Our applications display advertisements served through third-party ad networks (including, but not limited to, Unity LevelPlay and its mediated networks such as AdMob). These networks may collect and process advertising identifiers, device information, and usage data to deliver personalized or non-personalized advertising.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, a standard consent dialog will be presented on first launch, allowing you to accept or reject the use of your data for personalized advertising. On iOS devices, the system will also display an App Tracking Transparency prompt asking whether you allow the application to track you across other apps and websites. If you decline either of these prompts, you will still see advertisements, but they will be non-personalized.

California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected].

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
